An Amphibian vehicle is a vehicle which can be used on both land and water.

The Wheel of the vehicle is specially designed to be able to work on both water and land. 

The wheel is divided into parts which can open and close so when on roads the wheel will be in closed state and in water it open and work as a propellor.
